📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day production of an assigned portfolio of typically 4–8 KodeKloud courses from kick-off to launch. • Build and maintain ClickUp projects, task lists, owners, statuses and dates for each course. • Coordinate instructor recording, slide and Remotion design, video editing, language checks, labs, LMS upload and launch. • Assign daily tasks to Learning Experience Designers and video editors, balance workloads and raise blockers. • Coordinate instructors, confirm recordings and assets, share previews, manage studio bookings and drive re-record lists to closure. • Review every lecture for technical accuracy, template compliance, filler words, broken segments, blurred footage and narration quality. • Route fixes, track review time and work toward zero known defects at launch. • Own launch checklists, request coming-soon pages, provide Product with metadata, upload courses to Vimeo and the LMS, confirm lab readiness and publish launch announcements. • Monitor Userback and Support escalations, triage learner-reported defects, coordinate fixes and track issues to closure. • Provide weekly course status updates, contribute to monthly output reports and maintain contribution records in HiBob. • Collaborate with Labs, Marketing, Product and Support teams, documenting hand-offs in ClickUp. • Use approved AI-assisted production tooling, identify AI-generated content and ensure adherence to the standard production pipeline. • Decide task sequencing, defect resolution paths and when to escalate at-risk courses to the Senior Project Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content production or education technology. • A project management certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Google Project Management Certificate or similar is desirable, or willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months. • Ability to manage many parallel tasks, owners and deadlines accurately without constant prompting. • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance awareness. • Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Linux and cloud platforms. • Understanding of slide and video production basics. • Experience or comfort working with Remotion, Vimeo and LMS publishing. • Clear and courteous communication with external instructors and internal teams. • Comfort working with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace and Userback.
