📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations of Kodem’s solutions to address specific pain points. • Conduct technical product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and trials to showcase the value of Kodem’s platform. • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of Kodem’s solutions. • Act as a technical subject matter expert, answering customer questions about Kodem’s features, integrations, and architecture. • Provide technical guidance on how Kodem fits into the customer’s existing security and development processes. • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to bring relevant insights to customer engagements. • Build trusted relationships with prospective customers by understanding their technical requirements and addressing concerns. • Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives. • Partner with Product and R&D teams to provide customer feedback and influence the development of new features and improvements. • Collaborate with Marketing to create technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. • Assist the Sales team in overcoming technical objections and building strong business cases for Kodem’s platform. • Ensure a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team post-sale, providing all necessary technical context.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role, preferably in cybersecurity. • Hands-on experience with application security, developer tooling, or cloud computing solutions. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven track record of running successful POCs and driving technical evaluations to closure. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment. • Experience with tools like SCA, SAST, DAST, ASPM, or CSPM. • Familiarity with modern development practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of scripting languages or experience with APIs for integration purposes. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • Previous experience working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats.
