• Responsible for the entire internal payroll process (data entry, verifications, and payments) • Review through payment of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) • Review and control of submission of ancillary obligations (DET, DIRBI, CPRB, CRF, Sistemas S, etc.) • Mastery of and compliance with obligations related to eSocial (checks, quality, and deadlines) • Monitoring employee time and attendance (different work schedules, on-call shifts, overtime, quality, and deadlines) • Executing the system-driven hiring process • Processing changes to employment contracts • Verifying timekeeping controls (different work schedules, on-call shifts, overtime in Brazil and Chile) • Calculation of vacation pay • Calculation of terminations/severance • Liaison with ADP • Scheduling and payment of pre-employment, dismissal, and periodic medical exams • Generation and verification of payroll accounts and accounting provisions delivery • Responding to and providing documentation for audits, inspections, and legal proceedings • Payment of benefits and allocation by area/class • Providing information related to labor routines for employees in Brazil and Chile • Issuing monthly data analysis reports.
• Solid experience processing payroll for Brazil and Chile, with knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations. • Experience with overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation. • Strong attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. • Ability to collaborate with People & Culture (P&C), Finance, and external partners (ADP) to resolve issues and improve processes. • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset. • Willingness to stay updated on legal changes and payroll best practices. • Core experience: eSocial, accounting, annual reconciliations, among others. • Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. • Desirable: Power BI. • Desirable: ADP. • Desirable: Workday. • Intermediate English.
