📋 Description

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites for 30+ licensed WMS modules • Design and execute end-to-end warehouse workflow tests from receiving through shipping • Validate REST/OData APIs against generated controllers • Develop understanding of product architecture and the multi-tenant model within 6 months • Deliver against project velocity, quality, and accuracy metrics • Achieve comfort with Warehouse Edge testing within 6 to 12 months • Identify testing innovation and continuous improvement opportunities • Design regression strategies for complex multi-module systems • Identify gaps and propose enhancements to test automation processes or architecture • Apply risk-based testing and prioritization • Collaborate with developers, product managers, support, PSG, and other stakeholders • Produce test documentation, defect reports, precise reproduction steps, and root cause analyses • Communicate requirements and align test coverage with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field • 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment • Ability to independently design test strategies and regression plans for complex multi-module systems • Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members • Ability to articulate technical problems, root causes, and solutions • Strong analytical and investigative skills for root cause analysis • English • Required proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.8 • Required proficiency in MSSQL and complex queries • REST/OData API testing experience • Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools • Test plan and regression suite creation • End-to-end WMS workflow testing • Multi-tenant application testing • Azure DevOps and Git • Risk-based testing and prioritization
