📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns, including events, digital marketing, direct mail, webinars, and localized content to promote Infios’ supply chain software solutions. • Design and execute ABM programs tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content and engagement strategies to drive deeper relationships and accelerate pipeline. • Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance, personalize outreach, and identify new opportunities for engagement and conversion. • Partner with the sales team to generate and qualify leads through field marketing activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of marketing-qualified leads. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of field marketing events, including logistics, staffing, materials, and on-site execution. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and gather insights to inform future marketing strategies. • Provide guidance, best practices, and support to field marketing team members, helping them develop skills and achieve marketing goals without direct managerial responsibility. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing activities and track performance to measure success and optimize future campaigns. • Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry. • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and familiarity with ABM platforms and AI-driven marketing technologies. • Willingness to travel when appropriate.
