📋 Description
• Act as the primary Salesforce owner, managing user access, security, data quality, and platform strategy • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications • Configure and enhance Salesforce with custom objects, flows, and validation rules • Partner with sales leadership on territories, opportunity processes, and process automation • Design and oversee integrations with systems like NetSuite and Marketo • Provide expert user support and training • Support testing and UAT, manage defects and change requests • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and contribute to long-term strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years in Salesforce administration, analysis, or sales operations • 5+ years owning Salesforce platforms • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud • Strong hands-on experience with platform configuration • Proficiency in SQL and SOQL • Experience integrating ERP systems and marketing automation platforms • Deep understanding of sales operations and pipeline management • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills
