📋 Description

• You shape together with your team the future of pharma manufacturing. • You take ownership on our innovation topics. • You manage, grow and contribute to our international knowledge community. • You are responsible for developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise, leveraging prior experience to further develop associated services and products. • You will sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully. • You will help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. • You will translate customer requirements into software application. • You will manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs. • You will participate in the design of client information systems. • You will organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites. • You will constantly seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes. • You will collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution. • You will investigate client issues and then communicate key insights and findings to product team. • You will analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems.

• You are excited about joining the home for entrepreneurs. • You want to actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success. • You have excellent communication skills and are at native-speaker level in English, third language preferred. • You work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution for our challenges. • You have a degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field. • You have two (2) years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X. • You have proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications. • You have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. • You have solid analytical skills.
