📋 Description

• Coordinate and support WMS projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and specifications. • Support project managers and teams through all project phases (Design, Adaptation, Validation, Deployment). • Track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with timeline, budget, and quality expectations. • Identify and mitigate risks, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and potential roadblocks. • Provide administrative and logistical support for the project team, assisting with resource management and scheduling. • Support in stakeholder engagement, maintaining effective communication with customers, partners, and suppliers. • Act as the second line of contact for customer inquiries, assisting in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Coordinate and support status meetings, steering committees, and team reviews, ensuring that project updates are delivered on time. • Contribute to the technical implementation of the project, working with the development team to create functional specifications. • Collaborate with the project team to develop, test, and deploy software solutions aligned with project objectives. • Provide technical expertise to ensure that development efforts meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards. • Assist with coding, programming, and development tasks, using relevant programming languages.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines. • Strong technical skills in software development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.). • Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations and understanding of how these industries interact with IT solutions. • Familiarity with Agile and Non-Agile project management methodologies and a track record of supporting these methodologies effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to assess the impact of technical decisions on business objectives. • Influencing skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex technical and project information clearly. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and development environments. • Willingness to travel within Europe, with potential for international travel.
