📋 Description
• Betreuung von Bestandskunden im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support • Störungsbehebung und Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Abwicklung • Analyse von wiederkehrenden Fehlern und Erarbeitung von Lösungen zur Prozessverbesserung • Durchführung von Optimierungen und Change-Requests zur Logistikverbesserung • Übergabe unserer Projekte nach dem GoLive in den Supportteam • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Projektberatung und Entwicklung zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen • Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Junior Support Consultants • Selbständige Pflege und Ausbau von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten zur schnellen Störungsbehebung
🎯 Requirements
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse in SAP EWM • Tiefes Verständnis von Logistikprozessen in manuellen und automatisierten Lagern • Erfahrung im Bereich SAP Beratung (Inhouse oder Extern) oder SAP EWM Support • Kenntnisse im SAP-Customizing bzw. ABAP (Sourcecode-Analyse oder Entwicklung) • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten • Gute Auge für Details • Offene & kommunikative Art • Teamarbeit • Konversationssichere deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
