📋 Description

• Support and maintain software solutions for innovative logistics systems serving national and international customers • Analyse incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions for stable system operations • Maintain, enhance and optimise existing applications in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript and 3-tier web architectures • Work closely with customers to resolve operational challenges and ensure productive-system reliability and performance • Implement change requests and enhancements in existing customer environments with minimal operational disruption • Work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases to support and improve application performance • Focus on application support, maintenance, incident management and continuous improvement rather than greenfield development • Participate in a 24x7 support rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable programme, or completed vocational training in IT • Initial professional experience in software development, application support, software maintenance or IT operations • Junior to mid-level experience welcome • Experience with .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, databases or comparable technologies is beneficial • Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git, SVN or similar tools is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Structured approach to troubleshooting • Strong communication skills • Customer-oriented mindset • Fluent in English • Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call and support model
