📋 Description

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support to existing customers • Assist customers with system enhancements and optimizations through change requests • Troubleshoot customer application issues and identify suitable solutions and workarounds • Restore smooth customer operations following incidents • Work with the team to identify root causes of recurring issues • Develop sustainable solutions, fixes, enhancements, and integrations • Collaborate with project consulting and software development colleagues • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers • Participate in shared rotating on-call duty, potentially covering 24/7 service periods

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of logistics processes in automated warehouses • Experience supporting a warehouse management or warehouse control system, such as troubleshooting in a control room or working in an internal or external support team • Experience with relational databases and database queries, such as Oracle, SQL, or MySQL • Knowledge of source code analysis and/or development using an object-oriented programming language, such as Java or C# • Strong analytical skills • Open and communicative approach and enjoyment of teamwork • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs • Fluent in English
