📋 Description
• Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy • Lead the roll-out of new Absence and Time Tracking functionality for existing Workday clients • Solve complex issues from tangled calculation tags to misfiring accrual rules • Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring effective leverage of new Abs/TT features
🎯 Requirements
• Strong expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration within a live, post-production environment • Enjoy the variety of supporting multiple clients and pivoting quickly between different business requirements and industries • Proven ability to look at a 'messy' tenant and design a scalable path forward • Strong ability to consult with clients on redesign necessity and impact on their bottom line
