📋 Description

• Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards that handle the intricacies of global business. • Ensure seamless data integrity by aligning Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financial Management. • Take ownership of medium-to-large projects (Acquisitions, Phase X, etc.) from initial scoping and discovery through to Go-Live. • Architect integrations between Workday and external data sources using advanced ETL methodologies. • Act as a mentor for less experienced consultants, contributing to our internal knowledge base and refining our "Kognitiv Point of View."

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading Workday Adaptive implementations or supporting Post-Production/AMS services • Expertise in at least two key areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet/Structure Modeling, Security, or Integrations. • Excellent communication skills—essential for our remote-first, collaborative culture.
