📋 Description
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers • Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements • Lead medium to high-complexity projects through full lifecycle • Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships • Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members • Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement corrective measures
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years leading Workday implementations • Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting • Expertise in at least one additional module (e.g., Procurement, Expenses) • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements (<5% annually)
