📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and configuration of global Workday solutions. • Conduct interactive sessions with clients to identify and fulfill their needs. • Manage project scope, quality, and timelines to deliver excellence. • Serve as the client’s voice providing third-party perspective. • Troubleshoot issues when they arise and mentor less experienced consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading Workday implementations, working in Post-Production/AMS, or managing Workday from the client side. • Deep expertise in at least one Workday specialty and advanced knowledge in at least two others. • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication skills, even in remote environments. • Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
