📋 Description
• Architect Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy Workday Student • Lead client sessions to understand their needs and advise on best practices • Mentor junior talent and manage project scope and quality • Perform research into complex issues and present corrective measures
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in the Workday ecosystem • "Black belt" in Student Core, Security, and Reporting • At least one other specialty (Financials, Financial Aid, Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Records, etc.) • Experience leading projects from initial scoping through go-live • Must be able to communicate complex technical dependencies to non-technical stakeholders
