📋 Description
• Work with Product Managers to develop and refine product strategy • Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, customer journeys and other artifacts • Work within an iterative design process • Collaborating with and providing design direction to engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence all aspects of the product • Act as a design mentor to other designers and cross-functional partners • Leverage AI tools to streamline the design process and uncover user insights
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience on Consumer-facing products • Proficient in modern design tools like Figma • Passion for understanding users • Generative AI and other AI-powered tools experience • Strong portfolio showcasing product design skills • Experience designing for consumer-facing products in the social, financial, or broader B2C space
