📋 Description

• Our client combines the power of Direct-to-Consumer and Marketplace ecommerce business models to connect massive member-based communities and the brands they love. • In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring that project requirements are accurately gathered, analyzed, and documented to drive successful product and system development. • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and clients to elicit, analyze, and prioritize project requirements. • Translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications. • Develop detailed requirements documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases. • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Track, manage, and document changes to requirements as the project evolves. • Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validate that the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. • Certification in business analysis or requirements engineering (e.g., CBAP, IREB). • Knowledge of system modeling techniques, such as UML or BPMN. • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar). • Understanding of both technical systems and business processes.
