đŻ Requirements
⢠Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a European country (EU/EEA) ⢠3+ years hands-on Amazon Connect experience ⢠Deep expertise with AWS services: Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch ⢠CRM Integration experience ⢠Strong proficiency with Contact Flows, AWS SDKs, Connect Streams API ⢠IAM and security best practices understanding ⢠Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation or Infrastructure-as-Code ⢠Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA advantageous) ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills in English ⢠Preferred (Nice to Have): Amazon Connect Delivery Specialist or AWS certifications ⢠Experience implementing forecasting, scheduling, and adherence ⢠Experience with Amazon Connect outbound campaigns ⢠Generative AI integrations within Connect
