📋 Description

‱ Design & Technical Leadership: Architect and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions, integrating Lex bots for intelligent voice and chatbot interactions, alongside AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation. ‱ Map omnichannel contact flows (voice, chat, email), CRM integrations (Salesforce), and AI-driven automation using Lex and related tools. ‱ Client-Facing Engagement (US Commercial): Serve as the trusted technical advisor for US commercial clients, leading workshops, technical deep-dives, and architectural discussions. ‱ Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Collaborate with business development, sales, and AWS partner teams; shape proofs-of-concept (PoCs), demos, and technical pitches. ‱ Implementation, Optimization & Documentation: Lead solution delivery and ensure operational excellence by implementing CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and robust monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch, Contact Lens). ‱ Thought Leadership & Community Contribution: Create and share best-practice guidance (whitepapers, blogs, templates) and engage in technical forums or events.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS services ‱ Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, especially in US commercial contexts, with strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills ‱ Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, not just crowdsourcing functions but driving commercial value ‱ Preferred: AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect or Connect Delivery Specialist) ‱ Preferred: Experience with commercial sector workflows: forecasting, compliance, scheduling, or contact center metrics ‱ Preferred: Familiarity with generative AI integrations within Connect or related AWS services
