• Monitor AWS services and infrastructure for availability, performance, and alerts. • Provide Level 1–2 support for cloud-related issues. • Perform basic AWS operations such as EC2 checks, S3 access reviews, IAM updates (guided), and CloudWatch alarm investigations. • Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed. • Execute routine system checks, maintenance actions, and operational tasks. • Document steps, troubleshooting actions, and known issues for internal knowledge bases. • Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices and operational standards. • Participate in a rotating support schedule (08:00–16:00, 4 weekdays + 1 alternating weekend day).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting AWS environments in a cloud, DevOps, or IT operations role • Foundational knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch • Ability to monitor cloud infrastructure, recognize alerts, and perform first-line troubleshooting • Familiarity with incident management workflows, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach to issue resolution • Ability to follow operational runbooks, security guidelines, and documentation standards • Clear and professional communication skills for working with technical teams and documenting incidents • Willingness and availability to work in a rotating support schedule, including weekend shifts
