📋 Description

• Track products through development, including designs, specifications, samples, feedback and revisions • Maintain records of current files, versions, product features and outstanding decisions • Follow up with relevant people to keep product development moving • Coordinate packaging, inserts, barcodes and other launch requirements • Own launch readiness for new products • Ensure listing copy, images, A+ Content, video, PPC creative and other assets are ready before launch • Coordinate designers, creators and other team members preparing launch assets • Identify missing pieces and potential delays early • Maintain launch checklists and timelines • Coordinate preparation and updates of Amazon listing images and A+ Content • Upload listing graphics, A+ Content and other assets through Seller Central • Keep the Amazon Store current as products and collections are introduced • Plan and coordinate seasonal Store updates, collection pages and merchandising changes • Ensure the Store reflects the current product range and marketing priorities • Identify creative assets needed to support sales goals • Coordinate testing of listing graphics and creative variations • Track tests and report results to support performance-based decisions • Use test learnings to brief future creative work • Manage projects, deadlines, dependencies and responsibilities in ClickUp • Keep ClickUp accurate and useful • Follow up with team members, suppliers and freelancers on outstanding work • Flag problems early and propose practical next steps • Create simple, repeatable processes to reduce reliance on memory and manual follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing e-commerce projects involving physical products • ClickUp experience is required, including building and managing projects, dependencies, recurring processes and workflows • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central • Good understanding of Amazon listings, A+ Content and Amazon Stores • Experience coordinating physical product launches • Experience working with graphic designers and other creative specialists • Strong attention to detail and very good organisational skills • Good visual judgment and ability to recognise unclear, inconsistent or insufficient creative work • Confidence making simple creative or content updates independently • Strong written English • Ability to manage several projects at different stages without losing track of details • Amazon-first or DTC consumer brand experience is a strong advantage • Home décor, lifestyle or other visually driven consumer products experience is a strong advantage • Product listing creative testing or conversion optimisation experience is a strong advantage • Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools experience is a strong advantage • Experience working alongside PPC or Amazon sales teams is a strong advantage
