⢠Responsible for pre-sales and active sales of telecommunication solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) domain as well as Mitel/Unify ⢠Active product sales and pre-sales for enterprise solutions from Mitel/Unify and Alcatel-Lucent ⢠Business development with the focus manufacturers and regular coordination with them ⢠Trusted point of contact for system integrators and reseller partners ⢠Management of project inquiries related to telephone systems, preparation of corresponding proposals, and support throughout the order fulfillment process ⢠Regular monitoring of key accounts and derivation of appropriate actions ⢠Close collaboration with the manufacturer's sales team as well as internal sales departments ⢠Continuous expansion of product knowledge, documentation, and knowledge transfer to colleagues
⢠Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales in the ICT sector, ideally in a large-enterprise environment ⢠Solid solution and product knowledge in the UCC field, particularly for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify solutions ⢠Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions ⢠Good communication skills (in German and English) ⢠Interest in new technologies in the area of telephone systems and willingness to continuously acquire new product knowledge ⢠Structured, reliable, and independent working style
