📋 Description

• Responsible for pre-sales and active sales of telecommunication solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) domain as well as Mitel/Unify • Active product sales and pre-sales for enterprise solutions from Mitel/Unify and Alcatel-Lucent • Business development with the focus manufacturers and regular coordination with them • Trusted point of contact for system integrators and reseller partners • Management of project inquiries related to telephone systems, preparation of corresponding proposals, and support throughout the order fulfillment process • Regular monitoring of key accounts and derivation of appropriate actions • Close collaboration with the manufacturer's sales team as well as internal sales departments • Continuous expansion of product knowledge, documentation, and knowledge transfer to colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales in the ICT sector, ideally in a large-enterprise environment • Solid solution and product knowledge in the UCC field, particularly for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify solutions • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions • Good communication skills (in German and English) • Interest in new technologies in the area of telephone systems and willingness to continuously acquire new product knowledge • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
