📋 Description
• Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange • Manage user accounts, licensing, and subscription allocations • Maintain Teams channels, collaboration groups, and security groups • Configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions • Monitor system performance and service health dashboards • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for employees across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams preferred • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Admin Center • Experience working with Zoho applications, including: Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Zoho Flow • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting • Experience configuring VPN access and basic networking support • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and identity access management • Experience working with workflow automation platforms
