📋 Description

• Lead multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope • Serve as the primary client contact, clarifying objectives, managing expectations, and providing proactive recommendations • Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving while surfacing opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships • Partner with Sales and Research to build proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments • Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, third-party vendor management, and field reporting • Implement best practices to protect data integrity and improve accuracy, reporting quality, and client satisfaction • Track budgets, manage costs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing • Align internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution across time zones and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role • Prior healthcare experience is a must • Specific experience with healthcare consulting companies is a plus • Professional-level English (verbal and written) • Clear, confident communication skills for translating needs into action and presenting recommendations to internal and external stakeholders • Strong relationship-building skills focused on outcomes, responsiveness, and long-term value creation • Proficiency with market research tools, methodologies, and project management systems (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS, Excel, etc.) • Highly organized with strong analytical skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Resourceful and data-driven; able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accountability • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience
