📋 Description

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Management department (6 employees) • Ensure the quality policy and quality objectives • Responsibility for quality planning, all quality-assuring measures at the plant, and the Quality Management System (QMS) • Organize and perform inspection and quality control tasks within the company in line with quality control requirements • Develop and implement an Integrated Management System • Create and maintain quality assurance plans to ensure delivery scopes • Organize and oversee Process FMEAs for the entire product range • Plan and conduct internal and external audits and process approvals according to VDA • Handle customer complaints and customer claims • Strategic and substantive planning of quality assurance and supplier development • Capture and analyze key performance indicators and report to management • Assume the function of Quality Management Representative (QMR)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university or University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in quality management required, ideally in the automotive environment • Leadership experience • Relevant knowledge of standards IATF/ISO as well as the applicable industry standards of the electronics industry • Very good communication and cooperation skills • Structured, analytical and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality • Qualification as Quality Management Representative (QMB/QMR) • Proven practical English skills, spoken and written • Auditor qualification desirable (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ...)
