• Provide steadfast leadership and meticulous management across all aspects of projects • Develop and meticulously maintain a comprehensive project plan, encompassing clear milestones, defined deliverables, and efficient resource allocation strategies • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders • Proactively identify and implement effective mitigation strategies to proactively address potential project risks • Continuously monitor project progress, conduct thorough data analysis, and prepare insightful reports for senior management • Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key B2B strategic partners • Create and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with key B2B partners • Regularly assess and report on the performance of strategic partners
• Bilingualism in French and English is an absolute requirement • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations • In-depth understanding of established project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is essential • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities • Prior experience working within a cross-cultural environment is highly advantageous
