📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • Strategic Design • - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple design solutions. • - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives. • Design Skills • - Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions. • - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences. • - Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences. • - Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms. • - Advanced understanding of UI design principles, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. • - Experience in leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows. • Learning and Mentoring • - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth. • - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • - Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in design.

🎯 Requirements

• **Required Skills and Qualifications** • - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related. • - 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design. • - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • - A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products. • - Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro, or similar. • - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders. • **Additional Skills** • - Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus. • - Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS). • - Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes. • - Experience in implementing accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
