📋 Description

• Main point of contact for ongoing litigations and arbitrations • Manage legal efforts in response to contentious inquiries • Provide legal advice and support on legal matters • Drafting and reviewing court and settlement agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Common law qualified litigation counsel - min 3 PQE • Exposure to the financial, banking or crypto sector • Experience with handling regulatory inquiries and investigations • Proactive and self-starter • Ability to work independently
