📋 Description

• Design and build APIs and SDKs that power embedded insurance and retirement benefits for platforms worldwide • Contribute to core APIs and SDKs: build new features and improve existing ones • Work closely with senior engineers on architecture, design, and code reviews • Improve developer experience by simplifying workflows into elegant APIs • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and integrations teams to deliver solutions • Gradually lead projects, participate in incident response, and contribute to blameless learning culture

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years building backend systems • Experience with .NET (latest 8+), SQL databases, ORM frameworks, automated testing • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS • Care about writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving skills • Thrive in collaborative environments and work closely with product and design • Motivated to grow into a senior engineer through mentorship and ownership • Availability: At least 5 hours overlap with GMT working hours
