📋 Description

• Design and build systems powering pensions, retirement savings, and Spend products, including contributions, onboarding, provider integrations, employer configuration, card issuing, and wallet provisioning • Own technical architecture for the Investments stream • Integrate with external pension and savings providers and Stripe payment/card infrastructure • Contribute to frontend code using React and TypeScript when needed • Join client calls to understand or explain problems • Proactively shape the product roadmap • Use AI for building, reviewing, and accelerating delivery • Contribute to code reviews and technical planning • Keep owned systems stable and observable • Help shape the Investments team as it grows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building backend systems in production • Experience with .NET 10, PostgreSQL, Azure/AWS • Comfortable contributing to frontend work with React and TypeScript • Experience designing and maintaining third-party API integrations • Strong understanding of data modelling • Strong understanding of event-driven patterns • Experience building for correctness and auditability • Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and customers • Product mindset and proactive roadmap contribution • Careful consideration of reliability, security, and compliance • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-growing startup • AI-forward mindset and willingness to use AI daily • Availability around +/- 4 hours GMT for team collaboration • Right to work in the country of residence without visa sponsorship
