📋 Description
• Influence architecture, scalability, and engineering best practices • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers • Drive the company’s engineering vision • Balance hands-on development and problem-solving • Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years in senior technical role • Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern development practices. • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. • Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical discussions • Preference for: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Experience with AI/ML integration.
