• Lead FLEX’s AI strategy, identifying opportunities to apply machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to EHS workflows. • Partner with data science, engineering, and product leadership to design and deliver AI-driven capabilities that enhance decision-making, automation, and user engagement. • Define success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable value to customers and alignment with KPA’s strategic objectives. • Stay current with AI/ML trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies to inform roadmap evolution. • Own the long-term technical roadmap for FLEX, including architecture modernization, scalability, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and system reliability initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in a technical or platform-focused role. • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, data systems, and cloud scalability concepts. • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in delivering AI-driven or data-intensive products. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategy. • Experience with Agile development and backlog management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
