📋 Description

• Define and lead the global pricing strategy to maximise profitability and revenue growth • Drive the transition towards value-based pricing, focused on customer value and total cost of ownership • Act as a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership and Account Managers, supporting key deals, negotiations, and commercial decisions • Enable fast, agile, and commercially sound pricing decisions in a dynamic market environment • Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to inform pricing strategy and execution • Own global pricing governance, frameworks, and processes, ensuring both control and speed • Lead the development of pricing systems, digital tools, and automation (e.g. PriceFX) • Build, lead, and develop a global pricing team • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or commercial leadership within a B2B environment • Proven ability to lead pricing strategy and transformation initiatives • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales organisations and support commercial decision-making • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitability and growth • Experience operating in complex, international environments • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions • Familiarity with pricing systems, analytics, and digital tools
