📋 Description

• Analyze blockchain and payments data (wallet activity, liquidity flows, protocol events) at scale. • Validate blockchain transactions and reconcile onchain data with internal ledgers and data sources. • Interact with blockchain APIs and our data lake to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Build and maintain automated data models and ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, Airflow, and dbt. • Design dashboards that reveal trends across user growth, capital movement, and transaction health. • Develop and automate KPIs to monitor product health, payments success, and system reliability. • Partner with engineers to improve data quality, schema design, and pipeline performance. • Communicate insights through clear, actionable storytelling accessible to all audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial platforms. • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, bridges, DEXs, token mechanics). • Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, visualization tools). • Experience developing ETL pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestrators. • Familiarity with dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows. • Ability to build clear and intuitive BI dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, etc.). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business impact.
