📋 Description

• Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of performant, modular, and accessible frontend systems. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape and deliver on our product roadmap. • Champion user experience through hands-on engagement with dogfooding, feedback loops, and usability improvements. • Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration within a globally distributed team. • Mentor and develop engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally. • Guide initiatives that modernize our FE stack, improve reliability, and enhance performance at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on frontend or full-stack development. • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers (4–8 people) in a distributed environment. • Deep experience with modern FE frameworks (React, TypeScript) and tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.). • Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive UI design. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams. • Passion for building delightful, high-quality user experiences. • Previous experience in Trading and/or Fintech (nice to haves)
