📋 Description

• Lead lifecycle programs across email, push, and in-app messaging to drive engagement and retention • Shape lifecycle strategy for Consumer products with a focus on revenue growth • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns guiding clients to Kraken products • Analyze campaign results and optimize spend and operational plans • Run experiments and automation to maximize engagement throughout the customer lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, and regional ops to ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of growth marketing or lifecycle marketing experience • Strong CRM and data analysis skills • Experience with Braze or similar CRM tools • Experience with multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) • Familiarity with crypto/fintech is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
