📋 Description

• Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights, and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs. • Identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production. • Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design • Strong UX and visual design skills • Advanced skills in prototyping and validating concepts • Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects • Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods • Experience in designing trading products, interest in crypto are a strong plus.
