📋 Description
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and CAM modules to meet organizational needs. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within ServiceNow. • Integrate existing governance, risk, and compliance processes into ServiceNow workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for continuous monitoring. • Ensure alignment with federal and organizational security frameworks, such as NIST RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP. • Provide technical leadership in assessing, implementing, and supporting risk and compliance automation. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and administrators.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance. • Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and/or CAM modules. • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, continuous monitoring, and risk management standards. • ServiceNow certification in GRC or IRM preferred. • Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented focus with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
