📋 Description

• Provide accurate, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings • Facilitate crucial communication in social services and financial contexts

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation • Minimum C1 fluency in English, with accepted certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE • Must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process • Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology • Must currently hold or be willing to obtain HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications • Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email • Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is mandatory (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited) • Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset • Computer Specs: Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge • Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment
