• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Mandarin • Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care
🎯 Requirements
• Interpretation skills for medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls • Knowledge of medical terminology • Fluency in Mandarin and English • Previous experience in medical interpreting is required • Excellent communication and listening skills • Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field • HIPAA compliance • Ethernet connection (must be connected directly to the router via cable; Wi-Fi is not allowed) • Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset (accepted brands: Logitech, Jabra, Plantronics/Poly, Microsoft) • Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox • Processor: Intel i3 or higher, 6th generation or newer • Camera: Minimum resolution of 1080p • Full-time availability: 5 days a week (2 days off)
