📋 Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple European markets • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis across different languages and regions • Create data-driven content strategies aligned with user intent and conversion goals • Identify technical SEO opportunities and coordinate implementation with development teams • Optimize existing pages for target keywords and user experience • Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices across 20+ languages • Develop content briefs and guidelines for writers in different markets • Optimize meta descriptions, titles, headers, and internal linking structures • Conduct regular technical audits and prioritize fixes • Monitor site health, crawlability, and indexation across all markets • Optimize site speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals • Implement structured data and schema markup • Track and analyze organic performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) • Create regular reports on SEO performance and ROI • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data • Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly • Develop and execute link building strategies for key markets • Identify partnership and PR opportunities to build domain authority • Monitor backlink profile and address toxic links
🎯 Requirements
• Proven SEO experience, preferably in fintech, finance, or tech sectors • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz) • Experience with international SEO and multi-language sites • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or fintech industry (Preferred) • Experience with highly regulated industries (Preferred) • Familiarity with additional European languages (Preferred) • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) (Preferred) • Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS (Preferred) • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and analytics tracking (Preferred)
