📋 Description

• Own the QA process across web and API layers, including manual testing, test case creation, and regression testing • Develop and execute test plans for new features, releases, and bug fixes • Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify edge cases and improve product robustness • Maintain a clear bug log, prioritize issues by impact, and follow through to resolution • Contribute to automation efforts to scale QA processes • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate product bugs with clear reproduction steps • Track and categorize common user issues to drive product improvements and knowledge base content • Represent the customer voice internally and turn feedback into roadmap ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in QA, preferably in a SaaS or AI/ML focused company • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Excel skills • Comfortable navigating logs, APIs, and debugging tools • Knowledge of tools such as Postman, JIRA, Notion, Zendesk/Intercom, or similar • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Experience testing conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or B2B platforms • Customer-first mindset and ability to turn user friction into improvements
