📋 Description
• Psychosocial chat counseling • Support in expanding the team’s "toolbox" • Developing psychosocial informational/educational materials • Participation in peer consultation (intervision) groups and supervision • Preparing professional articles and presentations • Supporting the psychosocial counseling team with daily tasks • Supporting other teams such as fundraising, network, research, innovation, or technology • Participation in workshops on various topics
🎯 Requirements
• At least in the third semester of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work • Mandatory internship (proof/certificate required) • Ideally, initial practical experience in supporting and counseling or crisis intervention with stressed children, adolescents, or adults • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and curiosity for testing digital support services • Teamwork skills & ability to work independently • Capacity for self-reflection • German language proficiency (written) at C2 level
