• Drive the organization’s B2B growth and strategic alliances • Identify, secure, and manage high-value partnerships with enterprises, public sector institutions, ecosystem enablers, and international organizations • Design and execute strategies that unlock new distribution channels, generate revenue, and amplify our platform’s market impact • Work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and operations to build scalable enterprise relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales — ideally within edtech, SaaS, consulting, or workforce development • Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex partnerships • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and execution capability • Excellent communicator with the presence to engage senior executives and institutions • Experience designing proposals, pilot programs, and B2B sales assets • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambitious growth targets
