• Own the company’s narrative and external-facing voice across all touchpoints • Lead the content calendar — from campaigns to thought leadership • Manage external communications, public relations, and strategic messaging • Build and grow online communities (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) • Drive engagement through relevant, platform-native content and experiments • Manage influencers, partnerships, and organic ambassador programs • Design and run campaigns to drive platform signups and lead generation • Manage marketing funnels and customer journeys across lifecycle stages • Track performance metrics and optimize across email, social, paid channels, etc. • Collaborate with strategic partners, sponsors, and event organizers • Lead Kryptr’s presence at industry events, conferences, and community showcases
• 3–6 years in marketing, growth, brand, or digital strategy roles • Strong content instincts and creative execution ability • Experience building brand awareness from the ground up • Excellent written and verbal communication • Solid grasp of marketing analytics and social media performance • Bonus Points: Experience working with early-stage startups or social impact brands • Background in edtech, talent platforms, or community-led products • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Notion, or similar tools
