• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key customer touchpoints. • Identify conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. • Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to implement and evaluate test variations. • Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and similar platforms. • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on test results. • Create clear reports outlining test performance, insights, and business impact. • Continuously optimize the customer experience through ongoing experimentation and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation. • Proven hands-on experience planning, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests in e-commerce environments. • Mandatory experience working with Shopify. • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and e-commerce conversion funnels. • Experience with testing, analytics, and behavioral analysis tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Experience collaborating with designers and developers to implement test variations. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Availability during CET business hours. • Strong written and spoken English.
