• Researching, identifying, and qualifying potential customers and target accounts • Proactively reaching out to leads via phone, email, and digital channels • Scheduling and conducting initial conversations with potential customers • Building and maintaining a structured, well-documented sales pipeline • Documenting all activities in the CRM • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team and working closely with Account Executives • Continuously developing your sales skills through training, coaching, and feedback
• German at native or equivalent level • Good English skills for internal collaboration • High motivation, perseverance, and enjoyment in working with people • Interest in technology and willingness to quickly learn new topics • Strong communication skills – written and verbal • Structured working style, initiative, and reliability • Willingness to travel; the role requires occasional business trips • Residence in Germany is required • Prior experience in IT sales or Kubernetes is not required
