📋 Description

• Play a key role in designing, executing, and improving deployment validation processes across Windows and macOS environments. • Help identify opportunities to automate testing workflows and implement best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments. • Experience administering Jamf Pro. • Experience working with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions. • Experience validating software deployments across Windows and macOS environments. • Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and analyzing logs. • Experience designing, improving, and documenting operational processes. • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment processes. • Experience creating repeatable testing and validation procedures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
