🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles (business assistant, executive assistant, operations support, etc.) • Advanced English (spoken and written) is required • Background or studies in marketing, sales, business, or related fields • Experience working in a software development company is a big plus • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom) • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on deadlines, and think critically to suggest improvements
